Hello, Everyone! My name is Becca Pieseski, but the kids call me Miss Pie! I worked at PCK as a Resource teacher in 2019 and this is the second year that I have the pleasure of teaching 1st grade! I am ecstatic to be a 1st grade teacher; it is a dream come true!
I graduated from Miami University of Ohio in May 2016 with a Bachelors in International Studies and a second Bachelors in Latin American Studies with a minor in Spanish. After graduating, I spent time living with a host family in Spain helping the two young girls with their English. I then returned to Colorado and worked as a substitute teacher for a local school in Douglas County. I knew then that I wanted to teach and decided to pursue my Masters Degree. I graduated with my Masters in Elementary Education in the Spring of 2018 from the University of Northern Colorado.
I was born in Maryland and lived all over the east coast before moving to Colorado in 2005, and have been here ever since. My parents live here in Parker and I have two younger brothers.
For fun I enjoy hiking, backpacking, camping, reading, traveling, and cooking. I also play Australian Rules Football (think rugby meets American football, soccer, and volleyball) for the Centennial Tigers. I absolutely love being outside and in the mountains!
I look forward to working together with you to ensure the best year for your child!
